Nature of service

Odia Digital Seva is a private assistance (facilitation) service. We fill and submit applications on official government/third-party portals on your behalf. We are NOT a government website or department, and most services can also be applied for directly by you on the official portal (often free).

Fees

Every service shows (1) our service charge and (2) the official government fee separately. Where the government fee varies, we confirm it with you before paying it. Prices may change; the price shown when you order applies.

Your responsibility

You must provide true, correct documents and information belonging to you (or with the owner's consent). Applications made with false documents will be cancelled without refund.

No guarantee of approval

Approval, rejection and timelines are decided by the concerned government authority. Times shown are typical estimates.

Cancellation & refund

• Cancel before we start work → 100% refund of the amount paid.
• After the application is submitted on the portal → service charge and government fee are not refundable (the government does not refund fees).
• If the application fails because of our mistake → we re-apply free or refund the service charge.
• Double/failed payments are refunded to the same account within 5–7 working days.
• Request refunds on WhatsApp +91 98279 11180 with your order number.

Office visits

A few services (e.g. passport, permanent driving licence, marriage registration) need you to visit a government office; this is written on the service page.
